Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What Information We Collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and contact details necessary to fulfil your purchase. We also receive details of the items you've ordered and the payment method used.
When you subscribe to The Quiet List, we collect your email address only. No additional personal information is required or stored.
We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Payment information is handled securely by our payment provider, Stripe.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and fulfil your orders, including dispatching your items and sending order confirmations. We may also use your details to communicate with you about your order if there are any questions or updates.
If you join The Quiet List, we use your email address to send you occasional updates about new releases, products, and places worth wandering. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Newsletter Subscriptions
When you subscribe to The Quiet List, your email address is stored securely in our database. We send only occasional notes — new releases, places worth wandering, and nothing more. Every email we send includes an option to unsubscribe, and we will remove your email from our list promptly upon request. You can also email us at hello@stillhour.co.uk at any time to be removed.
Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies and local storage to function correctly. These allow your shopping basket to persist between pages and visits, and enable the checkout process to remember your details during a session. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or third-party analytics. Any data stored on your device is limited to what is necessary for the shopping experience.
Third-Party Payment Providers
We process payments through Stripe, a trusted and secure payment provider. When you complete a purchase, your payment details are encrypted and transmitted directly to Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full card number.
Stripe may use cookies and device information on their own domain to prevent fraud and protect your payment. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.
